Visiting us
We’re glad you’re thinking about attending a worship service at Salem. Our church is a group of imperfect people who want to know and love God. We have a diverse congregation of all ages and ethnicities and are always happy to welcome a new face. We sincerely hope you will come and worship with us this Sunday!
Salem has it’s own distinct flavor with two Sunday morning worship services. At Salem we are committed to our mission: living lives of love with God, in community, and on mission. Our Sunday morning worship services are a part of that mission as we take time to come together to worship as we sing, pray and hear great teaching from God’s Word. We invite you to come and see what we are all about and join us in our mission!
- When do I need to get there?
Arrive about 10 minutes early to make your way in, get a cup of coffee and find a comfortable seat.
- Where do I park?
Moorhead Campus has a spacious parking lot that has plenty of parking spaces on all sides of the building. Most people new to Salem find parking on the east side of the building near the main entrance to be the most convenient.
- What should I wear?
Wear what is comfortable for you. God doesn’t care whether you are formal or casual - He looks at the heart! We are just happy to have you come!
- What is the worship service like?
Salem is a welcoming community of believers where you are welcome! The worship team leads us in singing, followed by prayer, teaching from God’s Word and a final response to God in song.
- How long is the service?
The worship service is usually 70-75 minutes.
- Is there childcare available?
Child care is available for ages birth - 23 months during the service in our nursery, which is located between the kitchen and the Children’s wing. Our ushers or greeters can help you find the Children's wing.
