To donate items, please fill out the form below. Please drop off items during Salem Office Business hours (Mon-Thurs, 9am-4pm or Sunday during worship services) by Sunday, March 2.
If you are donating a baked good, please drop off your item by 12pm Friday, March 7 or Saturday, March 8.
You may donate multiple items, but please submit personal and business donations separately.
