Mobile Food Pantry Distribution

Join us serving our community distributing food the 2nd Thursday every month!

Second Thursday Every Month!

In need of food?

Looking to serve with us?

4:30 PM Set-Up, 5:15-6:15 PM Distribution

Come join us in loving our community by distributing food from our very own parking lot provided through Great Plains Food Bank! It is a privilege for us to meet a need and be able to engage and serve our neighbors in this very practical way. We would love to have you or your life group come serve alongside us either once or on a monthly basis!

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat." (Matthew 25:35)

How does a food distribution work?

You will arrive at 4:30 pm to help organize food as it is dropped off and get a run-down of the distribution. Cars will start lining up and waiting for us to begin the distribution which starts at 5:15 PM. Volunteers will fill multiple roles including directing traffic, handing out and collecting simple intake forms, and loading food in cars. (Not all loading is heavy lifting so even if you can't lift a lot, we will find a spot for you!) The distribution ends at 6:15 PM (unless we run out of food early!) and then there is a little clean up but we typically are all wrapped up by 6:30 PM.

Things to know!

To keep the majority of the parking lot clear for the distribution, park on the NORTH side of the building near the Children's wing but then walk around to the front doors for the distribution. (Please do not enter through the Children's Wing as that is for the Children's Events only.) If you have to arrive a little late due to work, no problem, just join us when you can, and we will get you plugged in somewhere! In the colder months, be sure to dress warm! While you will be able to go inside to warm up, you will spend most of the time outside.

By signing-up you will receive a monthly invite to help serve. You do not need to commit to every month. We would love to have you join us!
