Collecting and sharing stories of how people at Salem are representing our values, developing cave-table-road and gather-connect-invest rhythms, growing as disciples, and boldly building a disciple-multiplying culture where they live, work, study, and play, is going to be an important part of the vision implementation process. Collecting stories will be an anecdotal measurement of Salem's vision engagement. More importantly, sharing those stories is going to encourage others in the church to engage through the vision. Your story may inspire someone else with an idea of how to reach out to others!
