Feed My Starving Children

Help turn hunger into hope, January 11!

January 11, 9-11AM

Fargodome

Every year, millions of children die from preventable causes such as pneumonia, diarrhea, and undernutrition. FMSC works with local volunteers to pack meals and distribute them through long-term partners worldwide.

Feed My Starving Children – Fargo MobilePack is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit. Each winter, over 10,000 volunteers pack millions of meals for hungry kids. In doing so, we not only feed the bodies of the physically under-nourished but the spirits of each and every volunteer – many of whom are children themselves.

We need your help to pay the grocery bill for these meals. Help us feed the spirit of each local student volunteer and turn hunger into hope.

Salem will be participating to help pack food bags. If you can't help participate in packing bags consider a financial donation to FMSC. At less that $0.29 per meal, in only takes $106 to feed a child for an entire year. One of the places FMSC provides for is the Feeding Center at our sister church in El Chonco, so we highly encourage all of us to be involved in someway.

Kids are encouraged to participate but must be 5 years-old or older.

Saturday, January 11, 9:00-11am

We have 75 spots reserved for Salem to pack food together! Our time slot is 9:30-11 but they ask you to arrive 20-30 minutes early. You must register ahead of time!
